Service Description:

Free Consultation	In-home or virtual assessment to measure the space, discuss design preferences, and provide a custom quote.
Select Your Material	We'll provide guidance on choosing laminate styles, colors, textures, and features (e.g., embossed-in-register for realistic wood grain).
Floor Prep	Removal of existing flooring, inspect the subfloor and remove any remaining fastener (nails, staples, etc.), and level the subfloor surface if necessary.
Installation	Precise cutting and laying of planks using click-lock or glue-down methods, with attention to transitions, baseboards, and trim.
Finish Carpentry	Baseboard installation required to bring the room to it new glory is something we do to keep our clients from needing multiple contractor. We'll discuss any trim that needs to be installed once the floor gets replaced.
Clean Up	Thorough cleaning and a final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction is part of our service.

Cost Plus Pricing
Transparency is our number 1 concern in pricing, so we do cost-plus billing model. We charge for our teams time and we pass the cost of materials on to you and add a fair management fee.
